About the Center:
The Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences (CEMPS),Chinese Academy of Sciences,is seeking to recruit one Lab Manager to support ongoing research in the molecular ecology of medicinal plants. The team is internationally oriented and offers a top-tier research environment.
1.Lab Manager
Position Description:
The Lab Manager will be responsible for organizing and managing a cross-group international laboratory. This position includes overseeing laboratory operations such as:
- Maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment;
- Procurement and inventory management of reagents and consumables;
- Financial tracking and management of research funds;
- Archiving and organizing original research data;
- Supporting research project coordination and translating related documents between Chinese and English.
The Lab Manager will work closely with group leaders,principal investigators (PIs),and administrative,financial,and logistics departments at CEMPS.
2.Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or above in a life science discipline (e.g.,ecology,evolution,biochemistry,agronomy,medicinal plant science),or in English-related fields;
- Strong sense of responsibility,self-motivation,organization and teamwork skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

中國科學院分子植物科學卓越創(chuàng)新中心因研究工作需要，現(xiàn)公開招聘實驗室管家一名。研究團隊致力于中藥植物的分子生態(tài)學研究，擁有國際化背景與頂尖的科研平臺。
一、崗位職責：
1) 組織并管理一個跨團隊的國際實驗室；
2) 負責實驗室的日常運轉，包括儀器設備維護、試劑耗材采購與統(tǒng)計、經(jīng)費管理、實驗數(shù)據(jù)的歸檔；
3) 協(xié)助科研項目管理，負責相關中英文文件的翻譯與整理；
4) 與研究組負責人、團隊其他PI以及行政、財務與后勤等部門保持密切溝通與協(xié)作。
二、應聘條件：
1) 具有生命科學相關專業(yè)（如生態(tài)學、進化、生物化學、藥用植物學、大農(nóng)學等）或英語相關專業(yè)的碩士及以上學歷；
2) 工作認真負責，主動性強，具備良好的溝通能力，組織能力和團隊合作精神；
3) 能熟練使用中英文進行口頭和書面交流。
