工作描述：因工作需要，由Andrew Teschendorff教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的計算系統(tǒng)基因組學(xué)研究組公開招聘計算生物學(xué)博士后，工作地點位于上海徐匯區(qū)岳陽路320號中科院-馬普學(xué)會計算生物學(xué)伙伴研究所。本研究組在統(tǒng)計學(xué)、癌癥和基因組學(xué)接口間進行前沿研究，特別關(guān)注統(tǒng)計癌癥表觀基因組學(xué)、單細胞分析和癌癥系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)（詳見http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg/或https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io）。

Job Description: An opportunity has arisen to join the Computational Systems Genomics Lab, headed by Prof Andrew Teschendorff, at the CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology, Shanghai. The Computational Systems Genomics Lab carries out cutting-edge research at the interface between Statistics, Cancer and Genomics, with a special focus on Statistical Cancer Epigenomics, Single-Cell Analysis and Cancer Systems Biology (see http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg/ and https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io ).
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or postgraduate to develop their academic career, to perform scientific research in Computational Biology, to publish high impact factor papers and to improve your communication skills in English.
Essential Job Requirements:
-- A PhD-level degree in a computational/scientific discipline, preferably Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or Engineering.
